I enjoy providing a soothing environment where individuals, couples and families focus on their relationship issues, their struggles with anxiety and or depression and their unmet emotional needs. I often incorporate Mindfulness into my approach and I work within the models of Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral.
